**About The Role**:
Are you an experienced coordinator/administrator looking for a new challenge in an organisation that makes a real difference to people's lives? If so, we want to hear from you.

As an Asbestos Coordinator in our Asbestos Compliance team, you will be responsible for the day to day administration for a team of Asbestos Surveyors and Team Leaders as well as assisting other areas of the asbestos management team, including asbestos removals and surveys.

On a day to day basis you will be contacting customers and arranging appointments, producing schedules of inspections and validating asbestos information. You will minute take, book holidays, complete finance functions and other daily tasks associated within a busy administration team.

This is role is being offered on a **full time**, **permanent** basis and will be based in our Exeter office.

To be considered for the role of Asbestos Coordinator, you will be/have:

- Hold or be willing to work towards BOHS P402 asbestos surveying in buildings qualification within 6 months of starting role.
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and be able to navigate spread sheets to manipulate data.
- Communicate effectively with customers and clients both verbally and in writing.
- Be methodical and have good attention to detail.
- Deal with emergency situations in a calm yet assertive manner.
