We operate a ‘**player-centred**’ approach that delivers coaching and guidance on a more individual basis, so that every player can learn and develop at their own pace over the long term. We are seeking consistent and reliable coaches only, operating a 'No-Ego' policy. Our 'Person-First' approach will seek those who hold the human skills required to coach young children.

- St.Helen's - Thursdays St Cuthberts Catholic High School, Berrys Lane, Sutton, St Helens, WA9 3HE, 5.00pm-8.00pm

**Role(s) available**:
**Academy Coach**:

- Deliver high quality football sessions in line with 'The PFA Way'
- Aid the development of the players in line with 'The PFA Way'
- Communicate and work effectively with Academy Head Coach.

**Applicant desirables**:

- Sport related
- Minimum Level 1 in football coaching
- 2 years’ experience in football coaching
- Valid (in-date) Enhanced DBS/Police Check, Safeguarding Children & 1st Aid
- Effective & efficient communication skills
- Good organisational skills

**Successful applicants receive the following**:

- Full PFA branded Puma coaching kit
- All coaching equipment provided
- Weekly session plans
- Full onboarding outlining the Philosophy & Methodology

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £17.50 per hour
