This is a fabulous opportunity to join a medium sized integrated agency in South Manchester as their new Head of Social & Digital, with huge potential for someone ambitious.

**Our Client**

This is an integrated agency that works with clients across both branding and campaign work, across integrated campaigns ranging from TV to Digital and Social. They work with a broad range of B2C and B2B clients across a variety of sectors, for whom they enjoy partnership relations, clients trust them and look to them for guidance. They have a number of long-established client relationships that there is a significant potential for growth with Social & Digital. They have a very positive and collaborative working culture that they are proud of.

**The Role**

This is a chance to thrive as part of the agency leadership team, as they develop their growing Social & Digital capabilities and opportunities. You would across all brands the agency work with, ensuring variety and an ability to cross-pollinate ideas and tactics. You’ll provide leadership and strategic thinking for clients in what is now the fastest growing area of the agency. You’ll champion Social & Digital within the agency, ensuring needs and opportunities for existing clients are fully met.

**You**

You’ll need to have a blend of strategic and hands on skills - being able to both ‘think’ and ‘do’, though you’ll have a small team to manage internally (which is planned to grow) and manage external specialist digital partners. You should be a strong strategic thinker, though you don’t need to be hands on in all areas of Social & Digital. Your background should include time spent within agencies, though you might be clientside currently. They’re looking for someone who is looking to settle into their next role for the long term, but not looking to rest. You’ll be ambitious and won’t want to take a role where you can just go through the motions. They can offer a solid platform but also potential to fulfil your personal ambitions.
