**What you’ll be doing**

**As Head Spa Receptionist, you will ensure our customers feel welcome and at ease the moment they come through the door. You will be responsible for the Spa Reception team - overseeing and taking treatment bookings and payments, driving membership, respondingto treatment enquiries and working closely with the therapy team to ensure a busy day runs like clockwork in our spa.

You will provide information on hotel services and most importantly, as their host, make our guests feel welcome and help them unwind during their stay.

**W**hat you’ll need?**
**- To be well presented, confident and have natural people skills;
- To have proven admin skills, the ability to think on your feet and problem solve;
- To be tech savvy with the ability to manage bookings within our 'prem spa' booking engine;
- Ideally, you will have experience of supervising or managing a team;
- Reception or Reservations experience within a hotel or spa environment, however, more important is your ability to provide great service and build rapport with guests

**This role will include a variety of hours from 6.30am to 9.30pm 5 days a week to include 3 from 4 weekends**
