Guest Services Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Guest Services Assistant to join the team. Naturally, you will provide guests and visitors with a warm welcome and great service. However, this role will allow you to showcase your skills and ability across multiple Hotel departments. You will be delivering outstanding service and maintaining our hotel's excellent reputation, while supporting in departments such as Front Office, Restaurant, Concierge, Housekeeping, etc.
