Oculus FM has started the recruitment process for a Mobile Cleaner to join our passionate and driven team who must be a team player with a “hands on approach “

Your day will involve being mobile support to various sites across the Northwest (Merseyside, Cheshire & Wirral) you will be supporting daily covering sickness and holidays for our on-site cleaning operatives.

Company Vehicle provided with a fuel card

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Directly reporting to Operations Manager.
- Delivering cleaning Services to a variety of client based in the Northwest.
- Working either solely or alongside cleaners to train them the Oculus standard.
- Managing on site stock and compliance of Health & Safety.
- Working closely with operational cleaning staff.
- Deliver all required training / induction process.
- Overtime availability - occasional weekend cover for holidays/sickness.
- Working closely with Operations Manager and operations team.
- Managing all contracts within financial set targets
- You will assist the team by working together to provide a fantastic onsite service.
- Client relations / partnerships

**About You**:

- Previous experience of working and managing large teams.
- The ability to work at a pace and under pressure whilst remaining organised
- Enhanced DBS Check (not essential as we can arrange)
- A Strong team player
- Can work on own initiative.
- Health & Safety Qualified (but not essential as training offered )
- Excellent customer service skills.
- You will be able to work to deadlines and prioritise as well as being flexible with working hours and days.
- Excellent attention to detail required.
- Holds full clean driving licence

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool, Merseyside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
