You will be responsible for helping to provide customer service to our new and existing customers via our OMNI channel platforms.

Due to our rapid growth and current expansion, we are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join us at our Sawston office as part of our Customer Service team.

**Your Role will include**

The job role will include but is not limited to:

- Complaint handling - You must resolve a customer issue and follow this until the customer is fully satisfied.
- Processing Sales Orders - Consumers spend a high value sum of money and want to discuss their needs with us first.
- Answering phone calls - You will be leading a call centre during the day. Although you will not be the first port of call, you would be expected to answer calls during peak times.
- Offering Solutions - To take the lead on customer contact and ensure all team members actively seek to resolve problems and issues in a well-timed and efficient way.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge - You will need to ensure both yourself and your team have strong product awareness.
- Additional tasks may be required as authorised by your line manager from to time to meet the needs of the business

**About You**

To be considered as a Customer Service Advisor Team Leader, you will need:

- Leadership - Training and motivating a team is essential to leading a successful customer service team.
- Organisation - When speaking to many customers you must be able to understand and manage your time effectively and in a professional manner, so all customers are kept up-to-date.
- Multitask - You must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
