**We are currently recruiting for a Groundsman and Gardener to join our client based in Newbury. As a Groundsman and Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of various outdoor spaces for our clients.**

**Pay**:

- £25,000 per annum

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain lawns, flower beds, and other landscaping features by watering, pruning, and weeding.
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Use your knowledge of horticulture to identify and address any issues that may arise in outdoor spaces.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all health and safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Full Clean UK Driving Licence
- A passion for gardening and maintaining outdoor spaces.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture and gardening techniques.
- Ability to operate and maintain gardening equipment.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address any issues that may arise.
