This 30 bedroom home is located in the heart of Bromsgrove and prides itself in providing the highest quality of care. We are recruiting for a Care lead to join our team and become an **integral part** of our structure. There is a opportunity to further your knowledge in health and social care. We encourage NVQs and like to upskill our team members.

Duties will include;
- Building relationships with local authorities and health professionals
- Maintaining clear and accurate medication records in the home
- Ensure the health and wellbeing of residents
- Build positive professional relationship with residents families and friends
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Provide effective leadership
- Maintain detailed accurate care plans on electronic system

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
