My client, a large and well established Legal 500 Law firm have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their renowned office in Basingstoke.
The role involves supporting one main Fee-Earner and work as part of a team of support legal secretaries and assistants within the Conveyancing Department. The position offers a competitive salary of £23,000-£28,000 Dependent On Experience and has great additionalbenefits including, Company Pension Scheme, Cycle-to-Work and Discretionary Bonus.
The opportunity
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting fee earners with the conveyancing process from initial instruction to post completion
- Dealing with case management systems
- Audio typing
- Completing relevant forms and searches
- Diary Management including liaising with clients, organising meetings
- General administration including filing, scanning, photocopying etc
- Previous experience within a Residential Property department is essential
- You will also be confident, enthusiastic, organised and have excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload
- Experience with Case Management Systems
- Strong IT and Communications skills
- Digital Dictation
