To ensure the efficient and effective administration of the sales order processing function.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Process sales orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Review pending sales orders and expedite in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all paperwork is correct filed and archived as necessary.
- Ensure accurate checking of all orders input onto the system and making sales order amendments were necessary.
- Ensure all sales order checking/processing is complete prior to production schedule run deadline.
- Set up/Update site files with quote revisions and any additional information as necessary.
- Ensure departmental procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure development and improvement in operation of the department and its procedures.
- Provide regular progress/communication updates to developers and customers.
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by the Team Leader.

Skills and qualifications:

- IT skills are essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,971.00 per year
