Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK and we are continually recruiting for Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

**What we are looking for**:
We are seeking both Operatives and drivers with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.
- M5 Operative

**Scope of Role**:
Qualified operatives will be working with both the direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.
- Duties may include:_
- Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required
- Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this
- Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager
- Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work
- Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
- Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.
- Setting up traffic lights.
- Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
- To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
- Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
- To help with the unloading/loading of materials.
- Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and
- Risk Assessments.
- Reporting plant & vehicle defects.

**Skills & Experience**
- Lantra Qualification
- Drugs & Alcohol Free
- Right to Work in UK
- Team Player

**Qualifications**:

- Must have M5 Qualification
- Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Pay: £160.00-£180.00 per day
