Sweet Cures is a fast-growing Anglo-French nutraceutical company producing high-quality food supplements, with over twenty years of experience supplying NHS hospitals, pharmacies, health food stores and direct to consumers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic order fulfilment and stockroom assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day warehouse operations, including e-commerce and trade order processing, stock management, and ensuring our products are delivered to customers with the highest attention to detail.

**Start at £11.60 per hour.**

**Key responsibilities**
- Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders to meet daily shipping targets for our e-commerce and 2B operations.
- Organise and maintain stock levels, ensure inventory is stored correctly, and assist in regular stock counts.
- Conduct checks on incoming stock and outgoing products to ensure all items meet our standards.
- Assist with goods-in processes, including receiving and unloading deliveries, as well as organising and replenishing the stockroom.
- Coordinate with couriers to prepare shipments, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of all orders.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during peak seasons.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Good organisational skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for managing stock levels and processing orders.

**Work Hours & Benefits**:

- The position is available between Monday to Friday and hours of 9:30 am - 5.30 pm
