As an HR Process Business Analyst, you will be responsible for helping our clients deliver their people transformations using Workday.

**The role will be responsible for**:

- Defining the end-to-end processes across all HR processes
- Defining solutions for all elements of the process including the non-workday steps
- Ensuring designs are accepted by the business users
- Ensuring the process work is aligned with the target operating model, integration, data and security designs
- Documenting work instruction and configuration workbooks
- Liaising with the business to solve challenges, present options and define solutions.
- Influence senior stakeholders to deliver the most optimal solutions with financial and time constraints
- Ensure the Workday design is fit for purpose and can be maintained in business as usual
- Support the creation of test scenarios and training material
- Support testing and training
- Support cutover planning

Workday skills are desirable but not essential. We will also accept experience in a global organisation using Oracle HCM or Successfactors.
