**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Team Member to join us here at The Grange. As a member of our team, you will play a role in providing exceptional service to our patrons while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires individuals who are focussed, reliable and hardworking and possess good communication skills.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience
- Monitor customer consumption levels responsibly and adhere to licensing laws
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory as required
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation is advantageous
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

Pay: £12.21-£18.00 per hour
