**Project Manager**

**£65k upwards + package (DOE)**

My client are a well-renowned developer/contractor, who specialise in the design and build of high-rise luxury residential projects. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Liverpool.

With an extensive pipeline of works, this is an exciting time to join this developer, with 5 current live projects in Liverpool City Centre alone, and more in Manchester.

The successful Project Manager will have experience in both design and build projects over £10m and will have experience in the restoration and refurbishment of listed buildings. The project the PM will be managing is a £60m+ conversion and 3 new build residentialtower building.

The project manager will be responsible for the project's running to time scales and budgets. Ensuring all deadlines and scope of works are completing to programme.

**The successful Project Manager will**:

- Hold their SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid
- Have proven experience working for main contractors
- Be a good leader
- Be keen to learn and grow with the company
- Be looking for longevity in a position within the company
