We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing law firm based in Basingstoke. This firm are going through an exciting period of growth, and this is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a dynamic and fun team.
- Taking on existing work, but will also be expected to grow their own client base and assist with the growth of the business
- Work on a range of matters including acquisitions, disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, grants of new leases and lease renewals, general landlord and tenant matters, property finance and the acquisition and disposal of land for development.
- Assist with business development and be proactive in driving the growth of the department
- Be a team player
- Be a friendly and positive person
- Hold an emphasis on the quality of their work and client care, ensuring repeat business from the firms client base
