SRG are working with a global pharmaceutical manufacturer with a rapidly expanding programme. They are currently looking for an ambitious Formulation Scientist to join their development team in existing and new product development of their OTC & Derma categories.Set in an Idyllic surroundings, this position offers the opportunity to join a leading company who have high values and an incredibly supportive culture.

**The Role**:

- Execution of Derma formulation development.
- Support the experimentation, interpretation of data and reporting of results to quality standards.
- Work with Senior Formulation Staff to create formulation opportunities and resolve challenges in a precise and timely manner.
- Work closely with the Regulatory Affairs and marketing teams to support claim support studies.
- Be an active member of the Research and Development team, helping to support across all departmental objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
- Experience working within a pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry is very advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
