Opportunity to join the senior team of a Commercial Contracts division responsible for replacement Window and Door programmes and EWI schemes for the public and housing authority sector. This role is responsible for the project management function ensuringthat people, processes, and skills are in place to deliver revenue plans in support of our nationwide operations teams.
- Providing a high level of visibility of risks and opportunities on contracts is part of this role which works very closely with operationsand commercial.Leadership, influencing, analytical and problem-solving skills are key.

**In this role you will**:

- Create and manage the delivery plan, alongside the operations team, from bid award to contract completion on contracts of up to £5m.
- Identify opportunities on projects through effective client communication working alongside the commercial and operations functions.
- Provide overviews of all contracts in progress working alongside the operations, commercial and QS functions.
- Identify risks on projects through exception reporting and work with other senior team members to resolve.
- Provide client communication as required and attend client on-line or in-person meetings.
- Provide effective forecasts and resource plans
- Manage the Project Management Office on a day-to day-basis ensuring the effective project coordination via the team of coordinators and administrators in support of the operations teams

**You will need the following experience for this role**:

- Strong experience of contract management with experience of JCT
- Qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Delivery of project performance against schedule in accordance with project objectives
- Great people management and client facing skills
- Working with housing authorities or public sector would be advantageous
- Sales and Operations planning (S&OP) experience while desirable is not essential.

This role is based at our HQ in Norwich but will also include travel so a full driving license will be required for the role with some overnight stays on an occasional basis. We look forward to hearing from you.
