Production Administrator

**Role: Production Administrator**
**Location: Banbridge**
**Hours: Monday to Thursday**
**Salary: Competitive Depending on experience**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support to the contracts team including but not limited to spreadsheet data entry of material requisition, maintaining interaction between purchasing team and contracts team.
- Monitoring material status across each project, effectively responsible for communicating delivery dates and procurement status to the contracts team, ensuring all dates are accurate.
- Provide status reports on operations within the production department on a weekly basis.
- Assist the creation and development of plans and schedules in line with department activities.
- Attend weekly production meetings in line with duties and responsibilities.
- Full training and development will be provided in line with company processes and product awareness.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Microsoft Office and IT literate.
- Excellent Attention to detail.
- Effective Communication skills.
- 5 GCSEs inc Math’s and English at a grade C or above.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
**Desired Criteria**:
- Office based experience within an M&E, plumbing or construction company
