**United Roofing Products** are currently looking to recruit a **Customer Operations Manager** who will oversee the smooth running of the URP office in Cullompton, Devon, with responsibility for the customer service, administration and quality functions of sales co-ordination and the sales order process.
**What does the role involve?**
As the **Customer Operations Manager**your key responsibilities are people, process, systems and technology.This means you’ll manage both the customer service and quality management process to an ISO9001 standard whilst managing the day-to-dayworkflow through the office team and create, manage and develop robust systems of work.
You’ll work closely with the Commercial side of our business, including the transport and planning teams and drive employee engagement, acting as a conduit for feedback to both the senior management team and Group.
Your days could consist of mentoring your team; reviewing, developing, and implementing work and system processes or making sure the welfare facilities are well stocked and conference rooms are prepared ready for meetings.
- A great customer service mindset with exceptional organisational skills
- Experience of working within ISO9001 standard quality management systems
- Strong people management experience, with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team
- Demonstrable administration experience
- Professionalism and high ethical standards with a versatile approach to internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to empathise and listen, whilst also ensuring high team performance
- Good analytical and MS Office skills with a natural ability to identify gaps and provide solutions
- The drive and determination to be part of a team, get involved and support a wide range of colleagues
