**The Opportunity** You’ll manage you're very own team of car finance brokers, owning performance across the board. This isn’t a “behind-the-desk” role. We want someone on the floor, coaching live calls, setting standards, and making things happen. You’ll be a key player in our growth story—developing people, improving processes, and driving revenue.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Coaching live, setting daily standards, and driving KPIs
- Delivering structured 1:1s, sales clinics, and performance plans
- Analysing trends and making data-driven decisions
- Creating a winning, high-energy sales floor culture
- Ensuring full FCA compliance and ethical selling practices

You should be:

- Someone who has **led successful car finance broker teams** and delivered standout results
- Comfortable driving performance through **real-time coaching and high standards**:

- Emotionally intelligent, resilient, and sharp on compliance
- Ambitious, competitive, and ready to be a part of something fast-moving and big

This isn’t a role for a corporate manager or someone used to layers of red tape. We want someone **hands-on, hungry, and proven in the car finance game**.
