CK Group is recruiting for a Manager of statistics, who will act as the lead statistician, to join a leading Pharmaceutical company.
**Manager of statistics Role**:

- Responsible and accountable for all appropriate statistical aspects of a clinical study and where appropriate the development projects
- Providing appropriate statistical review and interpretation of any pre-clinical data and clinical data from other on-going studies conducted by other parties for the same compound
- Being responsible and accountable for developing and maintaining study documents within all appropriate statistical aspects of the study(s), e.g., including but not limited to, the statistical analysis plan
- Reviewing and approving SPs’ study documentation for statistical areas.
- Managing SPs/contractors and overseeing their performances and quality of work to ensure they meet an agreed project plan, contracts and any study specific requirements within all appropriate statistical aspects of the project(s).

**Your Background**:

- Minimum MSc in Statistics, Biometrics or Medical Statistics or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Significant, relevant, in depth and demonstrated experience within the pharmaceutical, contract research organisation (CRO), biotechnology or medical sector
- Strong statistical programming skills in SAS.
- Significant experience with CDISC
- Experience with sample size software (e.g. Nquery, EAST) and randomisation procedures.
