**Job description**

Fusion school services are looking for a dedicated and conscientious cleaning supervisor

To provide an efficient and effective cleaning service, ensuring the highest hygiene standards and cleanliness for the health, safety and wellbeing of the pupils, staff and other visitors to the schools

**Salary**

£12.00 per hour

**Job type**

42 weeks (permanent) Monday - Friday with 2 weeks work in August and 1-weeks work in February half term for deep cleaning.

**Qualifications / experience**
- Supervisor experience (preferable)
- Cleaning experience
- Be reliable and trustworthy, with good attention to detail
- Have a positive attitude, and take pride in doing your job well
- Genuinely care about delivering to the highest quality for our schools
- Have good communication skills

**We are looking for someone to**:

- Supervise and support the schools cleaning team
- Communicate and provide information and instruction to the cleaning team
- Ensure the schools are cleaned to the approved standard.
- Support their line manager with reviewing cleaning staff’s areas of responsibility to ensure effective cleaning.
- Be able to undertake a range of cleaning duties where necessary.
- Have the ability to work flexibly and proactive in keeping our schools safe and well presented to support the delivery of the teaching and learning of the school’s pupils.
- Use their own initiative and work independently.
- Be able to take instruction from their line manager.
- Be capable of undertaking a role that can be physically demanding
