We are looking to recruit a Band 4 Advanced Therapy Support Worker with a patient-centred approach and a passion for assessment and rehabilitation to work within the Erewash locality. This could be a great development opportunity for an experienced Band 3 Therapy Support Worker who wants to progress.

Our integrated, multi-disciplinary team provides goal-focussed rehabilitation to support patients in their own homes and local care homes. Our core hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30, however as we are a 7 day service, we work closely with the Rapid Therapy team to cover urgent visits at the weekend on a rota basis.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in assessment and treatment in a community setting alongside developing additional generic skills to provide a comprehensive assessment to a variety of complex patients.
