**What You Will Be Doing?**

We are looking for dedicated customer focused individuals to join us on our mission to introduce vape and oral nicotine products to our customers as we open stores across the UK. As a Retail Store Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in our stores' success. Your primary focus will involve engaging in great conversations with our customers, providing them with informed guidance, and ensuring they find the right solutions based on their needs.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Facilitate sales transactions, drive product awareness, and meet or exceed sales targets by employing a strong understanding of vaping products and their benefits.
- Actively engage with customers, providing comprehensive product information, guidance, and recommendations on vaping-related products.
- Contribute to the creation of visually appealing product displays, ensuring a well-organised and inviting store layout to showcase vaping merchandise effectively.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels, inventory checks, and restocking shelves to ensure a consistent availability of products.
- Uphold and ensure adherence to industry regulations, such as age verification and Challenge 25, to maintain a compliant and responsible selling environment.
- Contribute to the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the store, including cleaning duties and ensuring a hygienic environment for customers.
- Collaborate with the store team, providing support in various operational aspects, ensuring a smooth and efficient retail environment.
- Provide additional support where needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the store.

- Proven experience working in sales or customer service roles is advantageous, especially if within the vaping industry.
- Strong verbal communication to effectively engage with customers.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset, aiming to always provide exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently and handle various duties with ease.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn and adhere to regulations such as Challenge 25 and understanding of its importance.
- Strong team player, actively supporting and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- A positive and approachable demeaner that contributes to a welcoming store atmosphere.

**Age Requirement**

up-to £23,000 per year (DOE)

Commission on the products you sell

£40 each month to spend on your own wellbeing.
- 24 days annual leave + 1 day for your birthday

5% Pension contribution
