**Job Title: Reception Administrator**

**Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 + excellent benefits**

**Location: Slough**

Working at our clients impressive offices you will be responsible for receiving all incoming personnel and enquiries either in person, verbally or in writing. You will provide a polite, professional and courteous welcome to customers, vendors, employessand visitors. You will action or redirect their enquiries in a prompt and effective manner. You will also assist the Facilities Manager with administration and physical activities to ensure that the office runs smoothly and meets business and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilitie will include:

- Answering all incoming calls and handle caller’s enquiries or forward to relevant team/individual
- Welome and assist visitors and employees
- Receive and distribute the mail and collect outgoing mail
- Manage cash payments for personal shipments and maintain records
- Assist in the booking, planning and preparation of meetings, conferences etc
- Provide administrative and secretarial support
- Support with the assembly and disassembly of in house training courses and meetings
- Maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies
- Assist in the monitoring and reporting of facility venodrs and suppliers (cleaners and security)
- Assisting with travel arrangements as required
- IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
