Retrofit Assessor

**Job Overview**

Expert Renewables based in Ponteland, Newcastle. We are expanding with new branches due to open in Dundee (Scotland) and Cardiff (Wales) this year.

As a **Retrofit Assessor**, you will play a crucial role in assessing existing homes, identifying opportunities for energy-efficient upgrades, and recommending retrofit solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out retrofit assessments for residential properties.
- Evaluate energy performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for upgrades and energy-efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and local authorities to implement retrofit projects.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in Retrofit assessing
- Knowledge of ventilation strategies
- Remodel of jobs
- Produce RPC/EPR
- ECMK

**Driving Licence is required.**

**Must be willing to travel.**

Trainee Assessor - £25k basic. OTE £40k. (20 Retrofit Assessments per week to hit OTE)

Retrofit Assessor - £30k basic. OTE £45k. (22 Retrofit Assessments per week to hit OTE)

Dundee - 2 Roles Currently Available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
