We are currently looking for a **Head of Learning and Development **to join a high functioning housing association in the Coventry area. They are looking for someone to lead there leaning and development team making sure they produce a high-qualityservice.

As a Head of Learning and Development, you will be:

- Aiming to create a high performance, highly skilled professional culture, and workforce
- Excellent customer focused service and that budgets are effectively managed
- Oversee that a comprehensive, innovative, and agile service is delivered to an excellent and continuously improving standard; thereby meeting the needs of the business, other stakeholder and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Manage all aspects of the contract with the outsourced Learning and Development partners including administration, invoicing, management/ sourcing, and implementing SLAs that support the Group's objectives

As a Head of Learning and Development, you will require:

- Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) or Member of Institute of Training & Occupational Learning (ITOL) or a similar professional qualification
- Demonstrated L and D experience including the design and delivery of training and development programmes through a variety of platforms mostly online and virtually
- An effective leader with demonstrable experience of managing a team
- Developing and managing budgets
