**Location**:LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

**Hours**:37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7)

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for an Entertainment Specialist to join our AWESOME onsite Entertainment Team on a fixed term contract until March 2026.

The Entertainment Specialist supports and enables the delivery of the onsite aspects of entertainment experiences, such as character meet & greets, event activations and live performances. At LEGOLAND Windsor our entertainment offerings elevate our guest experience to ensure memorable visits, and this role will work logístically on the delivery of those experiences. As an experienced Entertainment Manager, you will be well versed in the importance of compliance in an entertainment function, prioritising the safety of your team and our guests, all while ensuring our entertainment offerings are of the highest quality.

Working collaboratively with the wider resort and external entertainment providers you will seek new ways to review and enhance our entertainment operations, prioritising guest experience and creating incredible memories for each and every guest on their visit.

**This role is a fixed term contract until March 2026.**

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a live entertainment management role, theatre production management role or theme park entertainment management role is essential
- Passionate about guest experience and understanding of theme park entertainment as a direct impactor of guest KPIs
- Must have managed a team previously, ideally of performers or entertainment hosts
- Previous experience with health and safety legislation in relation to entertainment performances, including but not limited to, risk assessments, safety liabilities, technical safety, appropriate performer physical safety, incident response
- Flexible approach to working hours - this role will requite late nights, early morning, weekend and bank holiday hours in accordance with our operational calendar

**About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort**
- We are looking for an Entertainment Specialist to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
