**Job Title**: Recruitment Officer
**Reports to**: Company Manager and Assistant Company Manager
**Salary: £**23,000.00
**Working Hours**: 40 hours per week including evenings weekends
Your primary focus will be to ensure that the company has sufficient staff resources to fulfil its current and future staffing demand. As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment strategy to ensure the business has the staff needed to sustain current and future demands.
You will be required to manage outsourced recruiting partners to ensure they delivered on the contracted SLA’s.
You will also be assisting the company manager with wider company recruitment ranging from Director level positions down.
**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure you always work in a collaborative and positive manner, adhering to the company’s Ethos & Values.

- Supporting the company manager to establish and manage budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing as necessary.
- Support the company manager to ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations as required.
- Monitor, manage and suggest improvements in the efficiency of support services such as IT for example.
- Work with Directors, and/or stakeholders as directed by the Company Manager.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organisations and manage outsourced recruitment contracts. Ensure good relationships with recruiting platform providers.
- Support the Company Manager where required in improving processes and policies in support of organisational goals. Implement departmental and organisational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures.
- You will collaboratively and positively support the Company Manager in delivering Strategic Goals as set down by the Directors in the Group Strategy. Where required, liaise with top management to implement, and manage operational plans.
- Ensure all hires are compliance based on company policy and client specific requirements.
- Work with the Marketing team and Company Manager to arrange and manage open days and events.
- Filter CVs for senior roles, manage testing and assist with interview process.
- Design and manage effective and cost-efficient high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Be comfortable managing recruitment IT platforms and the complexity of the role.
- Complete reports and analysis on all recruitment and compliance matters.
- Create and maintain recruitment adverts and job descriptions.
- Other reasonable duties as requested by the Business.

2. Proven track record in people management and driving team performance in an engaged way.
3. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
4. Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment.
5. Ability to work towards targets.
6. Data driven and focused.
7. Computer literate (working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite)
