**Role**:

- Generate reports and metrics to measure the performance of the team & compliance with internal objectives
- Support our internal recruitment process
- Host meetings and provide coordination to support the other Project Managers and Scrum Masters
- Maintenance of our project and product documentation
- Collaborating with our support teams within the bank such as production support, PMO, vendor management & human resources
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, and Sprint Retrospectives

**Preferred Skills**:

- A 1st class or 2.1 degree from a reputable university
- Intermediate level MS Office
- Intermediate level JIRA / Confluence
- Highly organized
- Has the ability to multi-task and context switch
- Capable of working under pressure to hit fixed milestones
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- A good understanding and interest of technology
- General understanding of Software Development Process
- A project management or Agile certification such as PMP, CSM, PSM
- Any experience and understanding of Agile and/or Product Development
- Banking or finance domain knowledge, in risk preferred.

**Interviews will be held in the week commencing Monday 16th January and propsective canddiates will be expected to attend theLondon office to complete these.
