Join our team at Holland and Barrett as a Senior eCommerce Trade Planning Manager Are you ready to take charge of eCommerce trading operations across H&B UK, Ireland, and App? This exciting role reports directly to the Head of Digital Trading and offers a unique opportunity to drive success in a thriving retail environment.

The Role:
As the Senior eCommerce Trade Planning Manager, you will lead our eCommerce trading operations, overseeing product content and promotions, content management, site personalization, photography, and supplier revenue opportunities. Your main focus will be on building operational efficiencies within the teams.

Key Accountabilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans for brand, campaign, and commercial activities on our websites and app.
- Drive the reconstruction of our digital planning activities, ensuring plans are formed well in advance and collaborating with various stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Tech Product teams to deliver exceptional experiences aligned with our key focus missions and personalization strategies.
- Create and implement top-notch NPD activation plans to support key launches of both own label and branded products.
- Craft a digital supplier revenue strategy to support the growth of our digital business.
- Analyse website performance and customer data using key tools and dashboards, recommending optimization opportunities and strategic changes to achieve our objectives.

The Person:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Extensive management experience in driving digital ecommerce operations across multiple channels and platforms in an omnichannel retail environment.
- Strong analytical and numeric skills, comfortable working with business systems.
- Proven leadership abilities, nurturing and developing teams toward senior and head roles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent Digital in various forums.
- Proficient in data analysis, identifying trends, and addressing issues.
- A confident communicator who can build relationships internally and externally.
- Previous experience in campaign management and exposure to project management methodologies.
