**Ciklum **is looking for an **Intelligent Automation Consultant** to join our team full-time in London.

We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.

**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with diverse client stakeholders to understand their specific needs, provide strategic advice, and develop robust business cases for initiatives
- Conduct workshops to educate clients on intelligent automation and LEAN principles, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Utilize LEAN methodologies to conduct process mapping, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to streamline operations and maximize automation benefits
- Work closely with clients to gather, document, and validate detailed business and technical requirements for intelligent automation solutions
- Maintain clear and continuous communication with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of project goals, progress, and impact
- Stay abreast of emerging IA technologies and contribute to the growth of Ciklum's Conversational AI capabilities

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years in business analysis, with substantial hands-on experience in intelligent automation, AI or process improvement
- Solid understanding of Intelligent Automation technologies, including conversational AI, process mining, low code/workflow automation, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques, particularly in gathering and validating technical requirements and analyzing technical requirements, using insights to drive effective automation strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Experience in conducting end-to-end testing to ensure solutions are deployment-ready
- Strong enthusiasm for emerging technologies and intelligent automation tools, such as process mining, low code/workflow automation, RPA, OCR, and Gen AI

Desirable
- Relevant certifications in LEAN methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma are a plus
- Certifications in business analysis, such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
