We are looking for confident, outgoing individuals who would like to be part of a successful team working within a very busy 4* awarded hotel with a rosette.

As a chef de partie you get to oversee a section of the kitchen, be it pastry, butchery, fish, sauces, vegetables and so on.

Part of the role will include;
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
- Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus. Reporting to your line manager and F&B Manager.
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
- Preparing and presenting buffets for conferences, weddings afternoon tea's and other functions.
- Managing and running your own section
- Paperwork management
- Good communication and presentation skills

Experience
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team
- NVQ level or equivalent preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
