**Sales Advisor**:
**Currys Contact Centre, Loughborough, LE11 5XH (Site Based)**
**Permanent, full time and part time roles available including some Saturdays. Full time training for 1-2 weeks will be required**

**£21,528 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION**

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be speaking to customers regarding our range of services. You’ll use your excellent listening and questioning skills to quickly build rapport so you can understand what the customer needs are to enable you to find the perfect product at the best price.

Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in an Outbound Sales role, with our training and ongoing support you’ll be able to offer a world class sales experience.

**As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Converting calls in to sales and processing the order.
- Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
- Building relationships with new customers to ensure were converting a one-time customer into a customer for life.
- Working towards and aiming to exceed targets.

**You will need**:

- A commitment to providing great service.
- Sales experience, ideally within a Contact Centre environment.
- To be reliable
- We need you here to help our customers.
- Experience of working towards targets.
