Right now, we’re on the lookout for a P2P Transformation & Process Lead responsible for leading P2P process change for the Midway UK Division on a 6 month contract with an immediate start

Merlin Entertainments Midway division is made up of short-visit attractions, usually based in city centres or coastal locations. Attractions such as Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE, LEGOLAND Discovery Centres and the Dungeons. So, strike a pose, take the plunge,revel in being mischievous, and build an outstanding career with us

**What you need**
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a P2P Team Leader or Manager role
- Strong experience of improving P2P operationally
- Experience of getting the best out of systems and technologies
- Self-motivated and a self-starter, with the ability to build positive relationships
- Strong attention to detail and solid understanding of Microsoft packages, including Excel
- Knowledge/experience of computer-based accounting packages (NetSuite experience is desirable)
- Understanding of the purchase to pay process
- A confident communicator; written and verbal
- A positive can-do demeanour, especially when faced with challenges and time constraints

In this multifaceted contract role, you’ll be responsible for driving performance of our P2P critical metrics, troubleshooting problem areas, and collaborating with our attractions to drive the best user experience, working on behalf of all Midway UK attractions.

Reporting to the Finance Director and working alongside the UK Business Partners, you’ll identify key issues in current P2P process and support solutions to drive continuous improvement and also partner with on-site operational teams to assist with commonproblem areas - offering support in the end to end process.

In addition, you’ll capture feedback from General Managers and attraction teams, and support actions to drive user experience, plus deliver training, material and quick tips for users.

This is a full-time fixed-term role (ordinarily Monday to Friday). Flexibility will be required, especially around key dates.
