**Overview**
**Duties**
- Assist clients with meal preparation, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Provide patient care by supporting individuals with personal hygiene and grooming.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive interactions and outcomes.
- Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Support clients in assisted living environments, fostering independence while providing necessary assistance.
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed, ensuring safe transportation.
- Offer specialised care for seniors and individuals with dementia, tailoring support to their unique needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to relevant professionals.
- Daily house cleaning including resident rooms.
- Resident appointments support.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a support worker or care role is advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and dietary
- Understanding of patient care principles and practices.
- Familiarity with behaviour management techniques.
- Experience in medication administration within a care setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.
- A compassionate nature with a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of others.
- Training will be provided

Pay: £11.90-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
