The thriving agriculture team covers the full remit of agriculture law and they have identified the need for an additional Agriculture Solicitor to deal with business leases, agricultural leases,sales and purchases of farms and grant of options, renewable energy projects. AGRICULTURAL SOLICITOR:
Ideally you will a minimum of 5 years’ experience with agricultural or expertise in commercial property law, having worked for a reputable firm, with a particular focus in transactional and unregistered property. The successful Agriculture Solicitor will beconfident in dealing with all issues surrounding agriculture matters and continuously seek and find good outcomes to challenges. Possessing core skills such as communication and interpersonal skills, the ideal Agriculture Solicitor will offer advice to a variedclient list and aim to maintain existing relationships as well as build new long lasting relationships. It is vital the appointed legal professional has an analytical approach towards their work ensuring it is of high quality and aim to deliver significantresults to the team.
