**The Role**

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operation of **Aura Restaurant** as well as helping to deliver **exclusive events** ranging from weddings and corporate functions to special celebrations. You’ll be a hands-on leader with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to inspire and motivate your team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise the food and beverage team across both the restaurant and event spaces
- Ensure smooth daily operations and consistent high standards of customer service
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure seamless coordination
- Assist in planning and delivering high-profile events with professionalism and flair
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain performance and morale
- Handle guest feedback efficiently and effectively to ensure satisfaction
- Contribute ideas to improve service, increase revenue, and enhance the guest experience
- Maintain stock levels, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Be flexible with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**What We're Looking For**
- Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage or Hospitality supervisory role
- Proven ability to lead a team in both a restaurant and events setting
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and full of initiative
- A proactive attitude with the drive to contribute ideas and improvements
