Payroll Manager

We are working with a leading Education organisation who are seeking a Payroll Manager to solely run all aspects of the payroll. This role will be getting involved in benefits, pensions and HR offering lots of exciting project work over the next few years.They are seeking someone who has strong payroll legislation and would be confident managing a sole role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monthly preparation of payroll, delivering an effective, accurate and timely payroll process using.
- Administer all benefits, such as pensions, BUPA, death in service, to ensure accurate. administration of salary payment of all staff.
- To ensure that correct payments are made, whilst ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements of PAYE and pension schemes and to ensure accurate and timely reporting as required by HM Revenue and Customs, Real Time information and pension schemereturns.
- To answer employees' payroll.
- Keep abreast of the external environment, e. pension reforms to ensure our systems and processes are adapted to meet future requirements.
- Developing and managing the HR & Payroll system (ADP) and ensuring the systems are maintained and compliant and that business processes are aligned.
- Dealing with HMRC correspondence.
- Ensuring the maintenance of employee records, with the support of the HR administration team, in accordance with company policy and GDPR.
- Responsible for calculating deductions, contractual changes.
- Ensuring that P45s, P11ds and P60s are administered.
- Responsible for managing and accounting for all pensions.
