**Senior Planner - Construction**

Location: Midlands - 2/3 days working from home

Company: Main Contractor / Construction

**Salary**: £75,000 - £80,000

Benefits: Company car (Electric options) or allowance, bonus (up to 20%), pension, health

**The Company**

An established main contractor that has consistently achieved year on year growth. They are a cash rich company that work with a number of blue-chip clients on some of the UK's most prestigious projects. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join the construction team and work on an interesting range of tenders and live projects ranging in value from £20m to £100m.

**Senior Planner Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years planning experience with a UK based main contractor.
- Tender & live works experience.
- A practical construction management or engineering background is preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in Asta Power project, although other software will be considered.
- Exposure to a variety of commercial construction projects.
- Excellent communication skills, works well under pressure, team player, able to work autonomously when required.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Qualified to Degree standard.
