As a flexible UX Research Participant Recruiter, you will recruit research participants for user experience studies and guide researchers through the recruitment process. Studies that you will recruit for include onsite visits to our client's London office, remote studies via the web, and studies in the UK and abroad. Please note, all work will happen from London and travel is not required for this position.

- Partnered with UX researchers to define the scope and recruiting specifications for user research projects
- Managed the end-to-end participant recruiting process for multiple UX research projects

To succeed in this UX research participant recruitment job, you will need to be proactive, self-directed, and able to move and adapt quickly. You will also need 3 years of experience with research participant recruiting. Additional requirements include:

- Experience working in or with User Research, Research Operations, or Program/Project Management
- Demonstrated experience in building relationships with cross-functional partners
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a highly team-based environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with scheduling and calendar management tools
