**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our culinary team. Making breads and cakes for a bakery

**Duties**
- Prepare and bake a wide range of products, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavour and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen to adhere to food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and improve existing offerings.
- Conduct regular quality checks on baked goods to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff on baking techniques and food safety practices.

**Skills**
- Proficient in food preparation techniques with a strong emphasis on baking.
- Knowledge of culinary principles related to baking and food production.

Pay: £11.44-£13.05 per hour
