We are recruiting for **Mobile Receptionist** to join our Rapport team to cover predominantly offices in **Reading**, Cardiff, Bristol, and Cambridge for our prestigious client who is one of the big four accountancy firms in the world, and you will play a crucial role in the front-line support for operational absences, such as annual holidays, training days, sickness, and temporary vacancies.

**_Type of contract: _**Part-time, Permanent

**_Hours: _**20 per week (Monday-Friday, from 8 AM to 12 PM)

Overtime may be required to cover holidays, sickness, training, and other absence. This role will involve working from different offices depending on the needs of the business, however the base site will be Reading. Areas covered nationally are: Cambridge, Bristol, Cardiff.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Covering Guest Services Ambassadors across the contract
- Providing excellent service to clients and guests alike, ensuring duties are carried out to the highest of standards
- Managing the client reception and providing office support throughout the business
- Overseeing the on-site café, ensuring all stock is ordered, displayed, and replenished; including light cleaning duties
- Building rapport within the business
- Managing any client bookings, hospitality requests, back of house duties such as printing, scanning
- Vending machine management and coffee machine management, including cleaning of machines and replenishment
- Setting up meeting room, servicing and clearing down of all working breakfast, working lunches, events and fine dining
- Stock taking procedures
