**About the role**

**T**he Quality Support Manager will work collectively & collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders of Caring Homes.To lead, support and develop excellence in care and model person centred care. To provide dedicated and focusedsupport to care homes across a divisional portfolio of care homes to maintain, develop consistent and high-quality care and levels of service. Whether the home is working through a development plan, is in transition, or within business as usual.To provideclinical management expertise to any specific care home within these defined areas as required by the business.This may include, but is not limited to, support management of a specific home, supporting a home with a specific action plan or providing specifiedclinical expertise in improving any element of a development plan in process for a home within these regions.

At Caring Homes, we have over 60 care homes across the UK. A high percentage of our homes are in the South (Surrey, Oxford, Berkshire, Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Kent, Wiltshire, Hampshire, London, Sussex) although we do have homes in Scotland, Isle of Manand Jersey, so you must be happy to travel within 2 hours of your home location and be open to staying overnight where necessary.

This is a pivotal role where your actions and decisions will make a huge difference to residents and their families. Your motivational skills will help every member of your staff to develop in their role and beyond. Your relationship skills will build strongand trusted connections with your Regional and Operations Directors and CQC. And your management skills, together with responsibility for P&L and EBITDA, will ensure strong return for the wider business for your hard work.
