Job Overview:
You will join a team of Software Engineers who share a passion for leaving their mark on the future of computing. You will be helping Arm grow and maintain a leading position with the Windows based Large Screen Compute market.

**Responsibilities**:
This role is to lead a team of Windows Drivers experts, focusing on enabling ARM architecture on Windows based systems. This includes both adjusting Windows APIs to ARM architecture enablement and the development of new Windows Drivers for peripherals and Third Party IP.

Day-to-day activities will include:

- Participating in the design, implementation of new features, integration and debugging of Drivers for Windows-on-ARM systems.
- Development, debugging and testing of Windows-on-ARM Drivers on different platforms including software models and FPGA systems.
- Support requirements break down, task assignment and acceptance of Software development, verification and debugging tasks.
- Be responsible for the deliverables' quality.
- Lead a team of Windows driver developers to success.
- Influence and build a functional collaboration environment with peer ARM engineering teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Extensive experience with Windows Drivers development for marketed products.
- Extensive experience working with ARM Architecture.
- Experience with Windows OS internals
- Experience in both People Management and Technical Management of Engineering Teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and spoken English; capable of writing documentation and mentoring of junior engineers.
