**Chicama is a seafood restaurant in Pachamama Group, **which was recently renovated. Chicama menu is inspired by the coastal food of Peru and the bold-flavours of Peruvian cuisine.

As Waiter/Waitress you will be one of the key team members to co-create amazing guest experience by taking care of our guests and being attentive to details. In a vibrant place like Chicama you need to be ready to work with urgency, providing the high quality service and still having fun and enjoying this busy atmosphere.

We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress who truly love hospitality and will fall in love with Chicama as well.

**Schedule** for waiter/waitress:

- Flexible rota; usually 3 single shifts and 2 double shifts per week

**Pay and benefits** for waiter/waitress:

- Hourly rate based on your skills and experience demonstrated at the trial shift.
- Digital tips system adding up to £2-3 per hour to one’s salary.
- Monthly pay - last Friday of the month. Emergency advance payments are available in exceptional circumstances.
- Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner served to all employees.
