**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow effectively.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and with year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation for tax filings.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support budgeting processes.
- Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems or software as needed.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role is essential.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general bookkeeping principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
