**We are looking for caring individuals to join our amazing team within Day Services here in Lancashire.**

This role is during Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend cover when required.

**Job Summary (Description of main purpose of job)**

The aim of this role is to provide support within a team working onsite and in the community, giving a consistent, safe and appropriate level of care to people with autism, communication and learning difficulties, high levels of anxiety, sensory processing issues and those who may need positive behaviour support.
- A positive attitude to people with a disability
- Good verbal communication skills and ability to listen sensitively to others
- The ability to support people to make informed choices about their daily lives
- Good reading and writing skills, with an ability to keep accurate and detailed records
- Feel comfortable giving 1:1 support in a social care environment
- Willingness to support service users both physically and mentally
- Must have a clean UK drivers license, with use of a vehicle.

**Available contracts: Part time (21.75), Full time (36.25)**
